Do I need Command Center to use a specialist product?
The five specialist products are designed for independent use. Command Center is the central operating workspace and integration hub for connecting their context into a broader business workflow.
Which product should I start with?
Start with the job: prospect research with Lead Hunter, calls with AI Phone, visitor questions with AI Website Assistant, business information with Business Presence, or everyday content with Website Manager. Command Center is the hub for business priorities and connected context.
What is the shared Business Profile?
The family’s design foundation for reviewed business details: contact information, service areas, hours, services, descriptions, brand assets and FAQs. Its purpose is consistent information for authorized modules without repeated entry.
Can every tool or directory be connected?
Connections depend on the provider, account permissions and supported actions. There is no universal access to outside systems. Product fit and supported destinations are reviewed for your specific workflow.
Does connecting a product authorize automatic changes?
No. Access, supported actions and approval are separate. External changes require a destination-specific preview, explicit approval, an action record and verification of the result.
How are AI Phone and AI Website Assistant different?
AI Phone is designed around calls and voicemail. AI Website Assistant focuses on questions and inquiries on a supported website. Both share a direction: approved business context, useful conversation details and a clear human handoff.
Is Website Manager the same as Fred’s Web?
No. Website Manager is a software product for supported website content workflows. Fred’s Web is the separate website-design, hosting and services business.
