Who I am

What I collect
- Contact form submissions — name, business name, email, phone, and the message you write. This is sent to my business email so I can reply to you. That's its only job.
- Analytics — this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and doesn't personally identify you.
- Advertising pixels — the site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may set cookies to measure ad performance and enable relevant ads. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook settings.
What I don't do
- I don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
- I don't add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
- I don't store payment card details on this website.
Cookies
Cookies on this site come from the analytics and advertising tools mentioned above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.
How long I keep things
Contact inquiries are kept as ordinary business correspondence — long enough to serve you as a client or prospect — and can be deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent through this site. Email hello@fredwebsystems.com and it's handled.
Third-party links
This site links to external sites (like client websites and Facebook). Their privacy practices are their own — check their policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update appears on this page with a new "last updated" date.
