Venue TV management

TV screens a bar owner can change from a phone.

A venue’s TVs need specials, menus and game night on them, and the person changing them is usually behind the bar. So the app separates what’s playing from which TV is playing it.

How staff use it

The owner edits specials on a channel from a phone, previews them, then publishes to the TVs showing that channel. To show one photo for half an hour, they choose the TVs and the time, and playback returns by itself afterward.

On game night, staff start a bar game and guests join on their own phones. The host runs the karaoke sign-up queue from the same app.

Why it’s built this way

A channel is what’s playing. A TV is the screen showing it. Keeping those apart means one change can reach many screens, and a venue with more TVs doesn’t need more channels.

Drafts stay drafts. What’s on air is a saved, published version, so half-finished edits can’t reach the room. Guest ordering is switched on venue by venue, so it only runs where it’s been approved.

What it does

  • Five independent content channels, unlimited TVs, prepare, preview and publish, branded pages, an image library, weekly slide schedules and phone controls.
  • Bar games, plus karaoke with phone sign-up, a queue on the TV and host controls.
  • You can try the controls right in your browser, without setting anything up.

Good to know

  • Guests can send drink-order requests from their phones at venues approved for ordering. It works alongside your existing register.
  • Venues bring their own TVs and their own karaoke music.
  • If you want this as it is, without a custom build, Ads Extreme sells it directly.

Where to find it

Try it live in your browser, or read about the offer at Ads Extreme. If you run a venue and want this as it is, Ads Extreme is the place to start.

Does your business have a rule like this?

Describe it in your own words. Rough is fine. I’ll tell you whether custom software makes sense, or whether something you can already buy does the job. You’ll be talking to me, Fred, not a sales team.
