Reservation software for small hotels, motels and inns.
When a room sells online while the front desk sells it again, someone ends up walked to another property. Your system should make that impossible.

What it fixes
The same room got sold on two sites.
Every room and night, sold onceOne record decides who has each room each night. Online booking sites connect through a channel manager where the provider allows it.
Room types online don’t match the rooms you actually have.
Room types mapped to real roomsKing, double, suite and accessible rooms, each tied to the real room numbers behind them.
Housekeeping finds out late which rooms are turning.
Arrivals, departures and turnoversOne list for today that the desk and housekeeping can both work from.
A room with a broken AC still gets booked.
Out-of-order roomsTake a room off sale for as long as the repair takes, and see which stays it affects.
A returning guest is a stranger to the system.
Guest records and stay historySearch by name or phone and see past stays and notes in one record.
One person is on the desk at night.
A quick “is a room open?” checkChoose the dates, get the answer and book the walk-in from a desk or a phone.
Built on working software
The rule underneath this is already built. I made it for the Piney Grove reservation app, where a lot can only belong to one reservation each night. A hotel room works the same way.
For a hotel, the screens, room types and words are shaped around how your front desk works.

Questions you might have
Can it connect to Booking.com and Expedia?
Usually through a channel manager, depending on what each provider allows. I’ll check what’s possible for your property during discovery, before you commit to anything.
Can it charge a card at booking?
Yes, through a hosted checkout, so card numbers never touch your system. I’ve built that kind of checkout and refund flow for an online store.
Can rates change by season?
Yes. Seasons, weekends, minimum stays and group blocks all go into the scope, written the way you price rooms today.
When should I buy something instead?
If most of your bookings come through Booking.com and Expedia, start by looking at a hotel system with a channel manager, such as innRoad or SiteMinder. Custom makes sense when your property has its own way of working, or when you want a tool built around one.
I’ll tell you plainly if that’s the better choice for you.
Tell me how your bookings work.
Rough is fine. You’ll get a straight answer on whether custom software makes sense.
