Reservation software for campgrounds and RV parks.

A guest calls about a long rig, a 50-amp site and a holiday weekend. Your system should answer in seconds and never put two rigs on one site.

Built on working software

This one comes straight from real work. I built the reservation app for Piney Grove RV Park around one rule: a site can only belong to one reservation each night.

Yours uses your site numbers, your rules, your colors and your words.

Questions you might have

Can it handle seasonal and long-stay guests?

Yes. A long stay runs on the same calendar as a weekend. Monthly billing and metered power go in the scope if you need them.

Can guests book online?

They can send requests from your website for staff to review, as they do in the Piney Grove app. Instant booking with payment can be added using a hosted checkout, like the one I built for an online store.

Can I bring over my current list of guests?

Usually, yes. The Piney Grove app includes an owner-only spreadsheet import, and I look at your current records during discovery.

When should I buy something instead?

If you want guests booking and paying online from a campground marketplace from day one, a service such as Campspot or Firefly may be the better buy. Custom makes sense when your park has its own rules, or when you only want what your staff actually use.

I’ll tell you plainly if that’s the better choice for you.

Tell me how your bookings work.

Rough is fine. You’ll get a straight answer on whether custom software makes sense.
